Shipping Policy

 

 **During peak order volumes & major sale events there may be 1-2 day delays in shipping out your order.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

  • Free Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days) on orders over $300
  • Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days) - $10
  • Express Shipping (1-4 Business Days) -$20


We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post, shipping estimates are from Australia Post and outside of Fox Maiden's control.

If you're located outside of major cities or in a rural area, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Please note, although rare, unforeseeable delays within the Australia Post network can occur which may affect next day delivery. Please consider this possibility upon making your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are sent that same day.

Orders placed after 1pm AEST on a business day are sent the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends are sent the next business day.

*Public Holidays: please allow 1 extra business day for your parcel to arrive in the event that a public holiday falls in your delivery window.

*Flash Sales: due to high order volume during Flash Sale periods there may be 24 hour delays in shipping your order. Although rare, please consider this if delivery of your order is highly time sensitive.

Tracking (Australian customers)

We ship all our domestic parcels via Australia Post. As soon as your order has shipped, you will be notified by email which will include your tracking number.

Changing your delivery address

Our amazing team aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left. To change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible via email: support@foxmaiden.com.au

Incorrect shipping address

Please take extra care when entering your shipping address to ensure it is correct & accurate. In the event that you provide us with an invalid shipping address and as a result the parcel is either lost in transit/misdelivered or automatically returned to us by Australia Post, we will not be held accountable. Any further required shipping to have the parcel sent back to you will be at your expense plus, a $25 flat rate return to sender fee.

Unclaimed parcels - return to sender

In instances where parcels are returned to us automatically by Australia Post due to failure to collect/unclaimed parcels, there will be a $25 flat rate return to sender fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.


 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We offer very economical & fast shipping worldwide via DHL Express.

For most countries, transit time with DHL Express is just 2-4 business days from Australia.

Final shipping charges will be displayed at the check-out.

 

Duties & taxes

We are required by Australian Law to declare the full value of the goods being shipped as 'merchandise' in AUD  - we are unable to declare a lower value as 'gift'.

Please note that your order may attract import duties or local taxes upon arrival into your destination country. Please familiarise yourself with any such local customs charges that may be applicable before purchasing. All duties and taxes are the purchasers responsibility. If the parcel is refused and sent back, all costs incurred to Fox Maiden will be deducted from the value of the order.

Shipping & Tracking (international customers)

We ship all  international orders using DHL Express & you will receive tracking details once your has shipped.

If no one is at your nominated address, a card will be left for you to collect the parcel from your nearest local post office - the collection post office will be stated on the card (usually your nearest local post office).
