Return Policy

We offer 14 day returns on all full priced items.

Promotional discount items are not eligible for refunds unless deemed faulty for change of mind however we can offer credit.

Returned Garments must be in a saleable condition,  i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

All final sales purchases are final unless deemed faulty. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for change of mind / incorrectly chosen size on final sale items.

To request a return please email support@foxmaiden.com.au for an RMA number along with the return shipping address. All shipping to be covered by the sender. Items must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your RMA.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt to our warehouse.

Any parcels lost in transit are not the responsibility of Fox Maiden and will need to be followed up with your chosen courier.
